Harbinger

Harbinger is a simulation science fiction game that provides an intensive player experience influenced by the dark setting of a virtual planet-sized space ship’s environments and futuristic characters' personalities.

Harbinger is a war-torn massive space ship that houses beings from many universes whose planets may have been destroyed, or they may have been captured for use in the ship’s labor force, perhaps even for experimentation. Some inmates have been born there and have never known any other place and over time, mini societies, each with their own culture and belief, have emerged during the ship’s endless universal journey. All those aboard are under the control of the despotic master of the ship, Overlord.

Players are challenged to interact with the wave of change taking place on the Harbinger virtual space ship and to help overthrow the ruthless rulers, they can take on the role of either a human, a gladiator that is a hulking great robot, or an intelligent alien, a culibine. The outcome of the game is influenced by a player, and each of the characters has separate story lines. Interestingly, whatever the role of choice is, players will discover that their character has a past, which is referred to when they meet beings. Dozens of weapons are featured and computerized chips can be implanted into weapons for maximum effect. Many quests are offered in this game.
